Delete Your Letter Legends Account

You can delete your Letter Legends account and the data associated with it at any time. This page explains how, what is deleted, and what we keep.

How to delete your account in the app

Open Letter Legends and tap the menu button in the top right corner of the home screen to open Settings.
Scroll to the bottom and tap Account Deletion.
Confirm the deletion. Your account is removed immediately and you are returned to a fresh guest account.

How to request deletion without the app

If you no longer have the game installed, email privacy@glitchyard.studio with the subject "Account Deletion Request". Include the email address or Player ID you used in the game (the Player ID is shown at the bottom of Settings). We will confirm and complete the deletion within 30 days.

What is deleted

Your account and sign-in links (Apple, Google, Facebook, or guest)
Your profile: display name, avatar, uploaded avatar photo, frames, and cosmetics
Game progress: levels, Battles history, league standings, events, Letter Pass progress, coins, gems, and items
Your notifications inbox, invite records, and push notification tokens
Support tickets and feedback tied to your account

What is kept, and for how long

Purchase records required for tax, accounting, and fraud prevention are kept for up to 7 years, without any link to your game profile.
Crash and diagnostic logs are kept for up to 90 days and contain no account identifiers after deletion.
Aggregated analytics that cannot identify you are retained.

Deletion is permanent. Purchases and progress cannot be restored after an account is deleted.
